Return, Replacement & Support Policy 

Non-Returnable for Change of Mind.
Due to the nature of furniture products (size, handling, assembly, hygiene, and risk of damage during re-transport), we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

1.    You no longer need the item / ordered by mistake.
2.    Colour/finish preference change after delivery.
3.    Size does not fit your space because measurements were not checked.
4.    Minor design expectation differences that were clearly shown on the product page.
5.    Please review dimensions, materials, finishes, and access paths (door/lift/staircase) before ordering.

You Can Request Support Within 7 Days of Delivery If:

1.    You received a wrong or different item
2.    The item is defective
3.    The item is damaged
4.    The item has missing part(s)

Delivery Inspection, to speed up support:

1.    Inspect the packaging and product on delivery (before installation).
2.    If there is visible damage to the carton, take photos and note it on the delivery document.
3.    If you notice major visible damage, please report it immediately or within 24 hours for fastest resolution.

What to Share When Raising a Support Request

Please send:
1.    Order number
2.    Clear photos/video of the issue
3.    Photos of the outer carton/packaging (all sides)
4.    Photos of labels/stickers on the carton (if any)
5.    A short description of what’s wrong / what’s missing

Our Resolution Options 

After verification, we will offer one of the following:
A) Wrong / Different Item Received
1.    We arrange pickup (if required) and deliver the correct item (subject to stock/production).
2.    If the correct item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund.

B) Missing Parts
1.    We will supply missing parts (screws, fittings, handles, legs, supports, etc.) and provide assembly guidance where needed.

C) Damaged/Defective Item (Transit/Handling Damage)- 
If damage is confirmed, we may provide:
1.    Replacement parts (best for minor damage)
2.    Full item replacement (for major damage)
3.    Repair solution (where suitable)
4.    Refund (only if repair/replacement is not feasible)

A claim is typically eligible if:

1.    Reported within 7 days of delivery
2.    The product is in delivered condition (except for the reported defect/damage)
3.    Product hasn’t been misused, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized party
4.    Evidence (photos/videos) is provided to verify the issue

We may not cover claims for:

1.    Normal wear and tear or aging
2.    Improper use, accidents, water/chemical damage, burn marks, sharp object cuts
3.    Damage caused by moving the furniture after delivery
4.    Installation or assembly performed incorrectly (unless done by our team)
5.    Natural material variations (where applicable): slight shade/texture differences in grains, fabric batches, or patterns
6.    Minor tolerance differences (small measurement variations) that are normal in furniture production
7.    Wall conditions issues for wall-mounted items (weak walls, hidden wiring/pipes, uneven surfaces)

Custom-made / made-to-order furniture is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless it arrives:

1.    Wrong from the approved final specifications
2.    Defective
3.    Damaged
4.    Missing parts

Once production starts, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is accepted before production, admin/processing charges may apply.

Pickup / Logistics

1.    If the issue is confirmed as wrong/defective/damaged/missing, we will arrange pickup/replacement logistics as applicable.
2.    If inspection confirms no fault or the issue is not covered, pickup/visit charges (if any) may apply.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:
1.    Refund will be made to the original payment method
2.    Processing time is typically 10–15 business days (payment providers/banks may take longer)
3.    Delivery/installation fees may be non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error

Warranty 

Furniture items may carry a warranty covering workmanship for 2 Years. Warranty excludes:
1.    Normal wear and tear
2.    Fabric staining, scratches from misuse
3.    Damage due to relocation, humidity, water exposure, or improper cleaning
4.    Damage due to unauthorized repairs
